Where, before 1st April 2000, a Health Authority was entitled to recover a portion of a payment from another Health Authority under section 15(4) of the 1990 Act20, notwithstanding the repeal of the fund-holding provisions that Health Authority shall be entitled to recover such an amount in accordance with that section and any directions given by the National Assembly; and for the purposes of such recovery section 15(4) of the 1990 Act shall continue to apply as if it had not been repealed.
