12. The Education (Education Standards Grants) (Wales) Regulations 1999(1) are hereby revoked, but those Regulations shall continue to apply to the payments of grant authorised by those Regulations in respect of expenditure incurred on or before the day these Regulations come into force and to any condition or requirement determined by or in accordance with the Regulations so revoked.
