The Non-Domestic Rating (Alteration of Lists and Appeals) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2000

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 55(2) to (6), 140 and 143(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 8 of Schedule 11 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19881 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales2, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals as required by section 8 of the Tribunal and Inquiries Act 19923:
