The Specified Risk Material (Amendment) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2000

The National Assembly for Wales, being designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 2 in relation to the common agricultural policy, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) and by sections 16(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (f), (2)(a) and (3), 17(1), 19(1)(a), 26 and 48(1) of and paragraphs 2(1), 3(1), 5 and 6(1)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Food Safety Act 1990 3 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales 4, having had regard in accordance with section 48(4A) of that Act to relevant advice given by the Food Standards Agency and after consultation in accordance with section 48(4) and (4B) of that Act, makes the following Regulations:
