The Education (Restriction of Employment) (Wales) Regulations 2000

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 218(6A) and (6B) and 232(5) and (6) of the Education Reform Act 19881 and sections 15 and 42(6) and (7) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 19982 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales3.
