Achosion
13.—(1) Caiff pwyllgor pysgodfeydd lleol ddwyn achos o dan unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau a restrir ym mharagraff (2) o'r erthygl hon mewn perthynas ag unrhyw dramgwydd sy'n digwydd o fewn unrhyw ran o ardal y pwyllgor sydd yng Nghymru neu yn y mô r cyfagos at Gymru.
(2) Dyma'r darpariaethau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (1) –
(a)erthygl 3(1) o'r Gorchymyn hwn, pan yw'r tramgwydd wedi'i seilio ar dorri'r canlynol, neu ar fethu â chydymffurfio â hwy –
(i)Erthyglau 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14 i 16, 18, 19, 26 a 30 i 34 o Reoliad 850/98, neu
(ii)paragraffau 4, 6 a 9 o Atodiad V i Reoliad 2742/99; neu
(b)erthygl 3(2)(a) o'r Gorchymyn hwn.
