Proceedings13.
(1)
A local fisheries committee may take proceedings under any of the provisions listed in paragraph (2) of this article in respect of any offence occurring within any part of the district of the committee which lies in Wales or within the sea adjacent to Wales.
(2)
The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are —
(a)
article 3(1) of this Order, where the offence is founded on a contravention of, or failure to comply with –
(i)
Articles 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14 to 16, 18, 19, 26 and 30 to 34 of Regulation 850/98, or
(ii)
paragraphs 4, 6 and 9 of Annex V of Regulation 2742/99; or
(b)
article 3(2)(a) of this Order.
