The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 (1) and now vested in the National Assembly(2)) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 21(7E) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
