Citation, commencement and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) and (Welsh Form and Particulars) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 23rd December 1999.

These Regulations apply to Wales only.

The form set out in the Schedule to the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) Regulations 19964 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations;

The form set out in the Schedule to the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) (Welsh Form and Particulars) Regulations 19985 is amended as set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
