2. Yng Ngorchymyn Cartrefi i Bobl Fyw Ynddynt a Digartrefedd (Personau sy'n Ddarostyngedig i Reolaeth Fewnfudo) 1996(1), yn erthygl 3 (dosbarthiadau a bennir o dan adran 9(1)), ar y diwedd, ychwanegir —
“Class DG – an asylum-seeker to whom, or a dependent of an asylum-seeker to whom, a local authority is required to provide support in accordance with regulations made under Schedule 9 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(2).”.
