RHAN 8DEHONGLI

Yn yr Atodlen hon—

ystyr “adeiladau swyddfa” yw unrhyw hereditament a adeiladwyd neu a addaswyd yn swyddfeydd neu at ddibenion swyddfa, neu a ddefnyddir yn gyfan gwbl neu'n bennaf at y dibenion hynny;mae “dibenion swyddfa” yn cynnwys dibenion gweinyddu a gwaith clerigol a thrin arian; ac mae “gwaith clerigol” yn cynnwys ysgrifennu, cadw cyfrifon, teipio, ffeilio, dyblygu, trefnu papurau neu wybodaeth neu gyfrif (boed â llaw, â pheiriant neu â chyfrwng electronig), tynnu lluniau a golygu deunydd ar gyfer ei gyhoeddi;

ystyr “tir gweithredol”, mewn perthynas â pherson dynodedig yw'r tir a ddefnyddir at ddibenion cynnal ymgymeriad y person hwnnw, sef tir, o ran ei natur a'i leoliad, sydd yn fwy cymaradwy â thir a ddefnyddir at ddibenion ymgymeriadau statudol (o fewn ystyr Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990(1)) nag â thir yn gyffredinol;Ac mae unrhyw gyfeiriad at hereditamentau a ddefnyddir at unrhyw bwrpas yn cynnwys cyfeiriad at hereditamentau nas defnyddir ond, mewn perthynas â hwy, ymddengys y cânt eu defnyddio at ddiben o'r fath pan ddefnyddir hwy nesaf.
