    Hereditamentau (ar wahân i hereditamentau a eithrir) a ddefnyddir yn gyfan gwbl neu'n bennaf at ddibenion BG plc yn gweithredol fel cludwr nwy cyhoeddus

    Yn y Rhan hon—

    ystyr “hereditament a eithrir” yw hereditament sy'n cynnwys tir ac adeiladau a ddefnyddir neu, os nad feddiennnir hwy, y bwriedir eu defnyddio yn gyfan gwbl neu'n bennaf

    (a)

    er mwyn gwneuthur peiriannau a ffitiadau nwy;

    (b)

    fel cyfleusterau storio pwysedd uchel neu gyfleusterau storio nwy naturiol hylifedig neu gyfleusterau a ddefnyddir neu sydd ar gael i'w defnyddio mewn cysylltiad â storio alltraeth;

    (c)

    fel adeiladau swyddfa, pan nad yw'r adeiladau ar dir gweithredol BG plc; neu

    (ch)

    at fwy nag un o'r dibenion blaenorol, ac

    mae i “cludwr nwy cyhoeddus” yr un ystyr ag sydd i “public gas transporter” yn Rhan 1 o Ddeddf Nwy 1986(1); acmae cyfeiriadau i BG plc yn gyfeiriadau at y cwmni sy'n dwyn yr enw hwnnw ar 9 Tachwedd 1999.
