    Hereditamentau (ar wahân i hereditamentau a eithrir) a ddefnyddir yn gyfan gwbl neu'n bennaf at swyddogaethau cyflenwr trydan cyhoeddus, neu at ddibenion ategol

    Yn y Rhan hon—

    ystyr “hereditament a eithrir” yw hereditament sy'n cynnwys tir ac adeiladau a ddefnyddir yn gyfan gwbl neu'n bennaf—

    (a)

    fel siop neu le arall ar gyfer gwerthu, arddangos neu ddangos cyfarpar neu atodion at ddefnydd defnyddwyr trydan (gan anwybyddu unrhyw ddefnydd ar gyfer derbyn taliadau am ddefnyddio trydan);

    (b)

    fel adeiladau swyddfa person dynodedig, os na fydd yr adeiladau hynny ar dir gweithredol y person hwnnw; neu

    (c)

    at y naill a'r llall o'r dibenion blaenorol; ac

    mae i “cyflenwr trydan cyhoeddus” yr un ystyr ag sydd i “public electricity supplier” yn adran 6(9) o Ddeddf Trydan 1989(1).
