Diddymiadau ac eithriadau

7.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), diddymer drwy hyn ynglŷn â Chymru o 1 Ebrill 2000 ymlaen, y canlynol—

(a)Rheoliadau Rhestri Ardrethu Canolog 1994(1);

(b)Rheoliadau Rhestri Ardrethu Canolog (Diwygio) 1996(2).

(2) Bydd y darpariaethau a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (1) yn parhau i fod ag effaith ar 1 Ebrill 2000 ac ar ôl hynny at ddibenion y canlynol neu at ddibenion sy'n gysylltiedig â'r canlynol—

(a)unrhyw newid i'r rhestr sydd mewn grym yn union cyn 1 Ebrill 2000; neu

(b)unrhyw ddarpariaeth a wnaed gan reoliadau a wnaed o dan adran 58((3) o Ddeddf 1988 (darpariaeth arbennig ar gyfer 1995 ymlaen) sy'n ymwneud â'r swm sy'n daladwy mewn perthynas â hereditament am gyfnod perthnasol fel a ddiffinnir yn yr adran honno.

Diwygiwyd adran 58 gan baragraff 68 o Atodlen 13 i Ddeddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1992 (p.14) a chan adran 2 o Ddeddf Ardrethu Annomestig 1994 (p.3).
