Cynnwys y rhestr ardrethu canolog

5.—(1) Yn ogystal, rhaid i'r rhestr ardrethu canolog ddangos, gyferbyn ag enw pob person dynodedig—

(a)os cwmni cofrestredig yw'r person, ei swyddfa gofrestredig, ac ym mhob achos arall ei brif le busnes o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig;

(b)os cwmni cofrestredig yw'r person, ei rif cofrestredig; ac

(c)y diwrnod cyntaf, os yw'n ddiweddarach na 1 Ebrill 2000, pan fydd effaith i'r gwerth ardrethol a ddangosir ar y rhestr wrth enw'r person dynodedig

(2) Yn ogystal, rhaid i'r rhestr ardrethu canolog ddangos, os bydd y rhestr wedi'i newid yn unol â chyfarwyddyd gan dribiwnlys, enw'r tribiwnlys a roddodd y cyfarwyddyd.
