3.—(1) At ddibenion adran 53(1) o Ddeddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1988—
(a)Dynoder yma drwy hyn y personau a enwir yn yr Atodlen; a
(b)Rhagnoder yma drwy hyn, mewn perthynas â phob un o'r personau hynny, ddisgrifiad o'r hereditament a roddir islaw enw'r person hwnnw yn yr Atodlen.
(2) Ni fydd Rheoliad 6 o Reoliadau Ardrethu Annomestig (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) 1989(1)(hereditamentau croesffiniol) yn gymwys i unrhyw hereditament sy'n dod o fewn unrhyw ddisgrifiad yn yr Atodlen.
