Enwi, cychwyn a dehongli

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Rhestr Ardrethu Canolog (Cymru) 1999 a deuant i rym ar 30 Rhagfyr 1999.

(2) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn—

ystyr “person dynodedig” mewn perthynas â rhestr ardrethu canolog i Gymru, a luniwyd ar 1 Ebrill 2000 neu ar ôl hynny, yw person a ddynodwyd gan reoliad 3(1) o'r Rheoliadau hyn(“designated person”);

ystyr “rhestr ardrethu canolog” yw'r rhestr ardrethu annomestig canolog i Gymru (“central rating list”).

(3) Cyfeiriad at hereditament annomestig perthnasol yw pob cyfeiriad at hereditament yn y Rheoliadau hyn.

(4) Mae unrhyw gyfeiriad yn y Rheoliadau hyn at berson dynodedig wrth ei enw yn gyfeiriad at y cwmni neu'r corff a gofrestrwyd gan yr enw hwnnw, neu sy'n dwyn yr enw hwnnw, ar y dyddiad y cofnodwyd yr enw hwnnw ar y rhestr ardrethu canolog.

(5) Mae i unrhyw derm a ddefnyddir yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn neu unrhyw Ran o'r Atodlen yr ystyr a briodolir iddo yn yr Atodlen honno neu'r Rhan honno.
