Natur a swyddogaethau'r ymddiriedolaeth

3.—(1) Sefydlir yr ymddiriedolaeth at y dibenion a bennir yn adran 5(1) o'r Ddeddf.

(2) Darparu nwyddau a gwasanaethau er diben y gwasanaeth iechyd o'r ysbytai a bennir ym mharagraff (3) neu o ysbytai a thir ac adeiladau cysylltiol fydd swyddogaethau'r ymddiriedolaeth.

(3) Dyma'r ysbytai a bennir er diben paragraff (2) —

i)Ysbyty Athrofaol Cymru, Parc y Mynydd Bychan, Caerdydd, CF14 4WZ;

ii) Ysbyty Llandoche, Llandoche, Penarth, CF64 2XX;

iii)Ysbyty'r Eglwys Newydd, Park Road, Caerdydd, CF14 7XB;

iv)Ysbyty Royal Hamadryad, Hunter Street, Bae Caerdydd, Caerdydd, CF10 5UQ; a

v)Yr Ysbyty a'r Ysgol Ddeintyddol, Parc y Mynydd Bychan, Caerdydd, CF14 4XW.
