Enwi cychwyn a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Sefydlu Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Caerdydd a'r Fro 1999 a daw i rym ar 1 Ionawr 2000.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn —
ystyr “y Ddeddf” yw Deddf Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol a Gofal Cymunedol 1990 (“the Act”);
ystyr “dyddiad gweithredol” yw'r dyddiad y mae'r ymddiriedolaeth i fod i ddechrau ymgymryd â'r cyfan o'r swyddogaethau a drosglwyddid iddi (“operational date”);
ystyr “dyddiad sefydlu” yw 1 Ionawr 2000 (“establishment date”);
ystyr “yr ymddiriedolaeth” yw Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Caerdydd a'r Fro a sefydlir gan erthygl 2 o'r Gorchymyn hwn (“the trust”).
