(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Rheoliadau)
O dan Ddeddf Grantiau Tai, Adeiladu ac Adfywio 1996, caiff awdurdod tai lleol gynnig cymorth trwsio cartref ar ffurf naill ai grant neu ddeunydd ar gyfer gwneud gwaith trwsio, gwella neu addasu annedd.
Er mwyn bod â hawl i gymorth trwsio cartref rhaid i awdurdod tai lleol gael ei fodloni fod yr amodau a nodir yn adran 77(1) o'r Ddeddf yn gymwys. Mae'r rhain yn cynnwys yr amod bod y ceisydd neu bartner y ceisydd yn cael budd-dâl a restrir yn is-adran (1) (e).
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn caniatáu i lwfans ceisio gwaith ar sail incwm gael ei drin fel budd-dâl o fewn yr is-adran honno.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn ymestyn dros Gymru'n unig.
