The Home Repair Assistance (Extension) (Wales) Regulations 1999

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers given to the Secretary of State by section 79 (2) and (3) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 19961, which are now vested in it2, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf:
