7. It shall be the duty of the governing body of a school other than a former grant-maintained school to secure compliance, so far as it is reasonably practicable for them to do so, in their school with arrangements pursuant to these Regulations made by the local education authority maintaining the school and to provide such assistance as that authority may reasonably require in connection with those arrangements.
