2. Ar ddiwedd rheoliad 2 o'r prif Reoliadau mewnosodir y paragraff canlynol —
“(5) In respect of regulations 2 and 4 and Schedule 1 the amendments made by the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) Amendment Regulations 1999(1) shall also have effect in Wales.”.
