The advisory committee - reporting period etc.
6.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), where the Secretary of State has referred a marketing notice to the advisory committee under section 6(3) of the Act and the advisory committee subsequently gives the notifier an information notice requesting further information from the notifier under section 7(3) of the Act, the reporting period does not run from the date of the information notice until the day of receipt by the advisory committee of the further information requested.
(2) If the information requested in the information notice is not provided within 90 days of the date of the information notice, the marketing notice is to be treated as withdrawn.
