Regulation 21(1)
The following statutory instruments are revoked in full unless specified otherwise—
(a)the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2022(1);
(b)the Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Smoke Flavourings (Modification of Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2022(2);
(c)the Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Smoke Flavourings (Modification of Authorisations) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022(3);
(d)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2022(4), except the transitional provisions in regulations 8 to 10, and regulations 1, 2, 4 to 7 and 11 and Schedule 12 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulations 8 to 10;
(e)the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations and Modifications of Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2023(5);
(f)the Food Additives, Food Flavourings and Novel Foods (Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2023(6), except the transitional provision in regulation 4, and regulation 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 4;
(g)the Feed Additives (Form of Provisional Authorisations) (Cobalt(II) Compounds) (England) Regulations 2023(7);
(h)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2023(8), except the transitional provision in regulation 6, and regulations 1, 2, 7(2) and Part 2 of Schedule 14 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 6;
(i)the Food Additives and Novel Foods (Authorisations and Miscellaneous Amendments) and Food Flavourings (Removal of Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2024(9), except the transitional provision in regulation 5, and regulations 1 and 4(2)(a) to (v) to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 5;
(j)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/354) (England) Regulations 2024(10), except for the amendment in Part 3 and the transitional provisions in Part 5, and Part 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of Parts 3 and 5.
