4. In section 11(3) of the 1988 Act(1) (fee for the grant or renewal of a shot gun certificate on the same occasion as the grant or renewal of a firearm certificate)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “£2” substitute “£4”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “£28” substitute “£71”;
(c)in paragraph (c), for “£2” substitute “£4”;
(d)in paragraph (d), for “£3” substitute “£24”.
