18.—(1) The State Pension Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.
(2) After regulation 37(4)(a) (credits for persons engaged in caring), insert—
“(aa)pension age disability payment in accordance with the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024;”.
S.I. 2015/173, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
