1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Gonadotrophin-Releasing Hormone Analogues) (Emergency Prohibition) (Extension) Order 2024.
(2) This Order extends and applies to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3) This Order comes into force—
(a)in so far as it applies to Northern Ireland, on 27th August 2024; and
(b)in so far as it applies to England and Wales and Scotland, on 3rd September 2024.
(4) This Order ceases to have effect at the end of 26th November 2024.
