The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(4) of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 20221, makes the following Regulations.
Citation and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2024.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
Provision coming into force2
Section 44 of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (provision of information to registrar when investigation discontinued) comes into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
