1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the European Organization for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere and the European Space Agency (Immunities and Privileges) (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
