2. The following provisions of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, so far as not already commenced, come into force on 15th March 2024—
(a)section 34 (special administration) so far as it relates to paragraph 6 of Schedule 5, and
(b)paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (special administration).
