Rule 3.63 has effect as if—
a
in paragraph (2), for sub-paragraph (c) there were substituted—
c
the name of the person who made the application for a special administration order;
b
in paragraph (3)(b), from “where” to “order,” were omitted;
c
for paragraph (4) there were substituted—

The notice must be delivered—
a
to any continuing special administrator of the company; and
b
to the relevant authority and the Water Services Regulation Authority.
