1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Individual Exemption from the Requirement for a Generation Licence) (Slough Multifuel) (England) Order 2024 and comes into force on 29th March 2024.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
(3) This Order applies in relation to England only.
