Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024.

These Regulations come into force on the day on which the revocation of the Data Reporting Services Regulations 20172 by section 1(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 comes into force.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
