Citation, commencement, extent and application 1.

This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Individual Exemption from the Requirement for a Transmission Licence) (Moray East) (Scotland) Order 2023 and comes into force on 9thOctober 2023.

This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

(3)

This Order applies in relation to Scotland only.
