Amendment of the National Health Service (Property Expenses Scheme) (England) Regulations 2018

5.—(1) The National Health Service (Property Expenses Scheme) (England) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4 (eligible bodies), in paragraph (1)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (j) omit “and”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (k) insert—

“, and

(l) the Health Services Safety Investigations Body”.
