Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(2) and (3), 78(4) and (5), 80(1)(b) and (c) and (2), 81(6), 82(1)(a), 84(3), 85(3), 86(3), 87(1), (2) and (5), 88(1) and (2), 89(2), 90(3) and (4), 91(1)(b) and (c), (4)(c) and (6), 92(3), 93(2) and (3), 96(6), 100(1) and (2), 105 and 168(2) and (4) of, the Building Safety Act 2022(1).
In accordance with section 7(4) of the Building Safety Act 2022, the Secretary of State has consulted the regulator(2) and such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
