The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 123(1) and (5), 124(5) and 168(2) of, and paragraphs 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Schedule 8 to, the Building Safety Act 2022(1).
In accordance with section 168(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
