Citation, extent and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the M621 Motorway (Off Side Lane Prohibition Disapplication) (No. 2) Regulations 2023.
(2) They extend to England and Wales and apply in relation to England.
(3) Regulation 6 of these Regulations comes into force on 10th August 2023 and all other regulations come into force on 1st December 2023.
