Amendment of the Education (Designated Institutions in Further Education) Order 1993

2.—(1) The Education (Designated Institutions in Further Education) Order 1993(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2, for the words after “section 28” to the end substitute “are designated as designated institutions for the purposes of that section”.
(3) Omit article 4.
(4) In Schedule 1, omit “The International Co-operative College, Loughborough”(2).
(5) Omit Schedule 2.

The college is commonly known as “the Co-operative College”. The registered address of the college is Holyoake House, Hanover Street, Manchester, M60 0AS. It is a charitable incorporated association with registered charity number 1159105.
