The revocations in regulation 10 do not have effect in relation to an Icelandic goods vehicle brought temporarily into Great Britain before the coming into force of these Regulations until such time as the vehicle leaves Great Britain.

In this regulation “Icelandic goods vehicle” has the meaning given by regulation 30M(1) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Temporary Use in Great Britain) Regulations 199647.
