Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(2)(d), 45(1) and 57(1), (2), (6), (7) and (8) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 19951 and section 31 of the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 20202.
In accordance with section 57(12) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, insofar as these Regulations are made under that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with such representative organisations as the Secretary of State for Transport thinks fit.
