3. In regulation 3(4) (review) of the Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) (Amendment) Regulations 2021(1), for “other member States have implemented” to the end substitute “the obligations under regulation 27 of Part B of Chapter III in the Annex to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 are implemented in other countries which are subject to those obligations.”.
