1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 10th August 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
