PART 4GENERAL

Parakiting, parascending and similar activities

A person must not engage or take part in parakiting, parascending or any similar activity in any part of the estuary except—

a

with the written permission of the harbour master given either specifically or generally,

b

only in such areas as may be designated by the conservancy authority, and

c

in accordance with such reasonable terms and conditions as the harbour master may specify.
