This Order may be cited as the Policing Protocol Order 2023 and comes into force on 3rd July 2023.

This Order extends to England and Wales.
Replacement of the Policing Protocol2
The Policing Protocol 2023 set out in the Schedule to this Order replaces the Policing Protocol issued under the Policing Protocol Order 20112.
Revocation3
The Policing Protocol Order 2011 is revoked.
