The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22, 23(3) and (7), 32(7), (8), (10) and (13), 34(1), (3), (4), (5) and (6) and 35(2), (3) and (4) of, and paragraphs 1(7), 6(1) and (2) and 9(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 and paragraph 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to, the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 20181 and section 26(1) and (3) of the Finance Act 20032.
