The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 104(1), (2)(d) and (3), 109(1) and (3)(f) and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 2006(1).
2006 c. 41. Section 109(3) has been amended but those amendments are not relevant to this instrument. See Section 275(1) of the National Health Service Act 2006 for the meaning given to “prescribed” and “regulations”. The powers conferred by these sections are exercisable by the Secretary of State only in relation to England, by virtue of section 272(1) of the National Health Service Act 2006.
