The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 35(1)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998(1).

In accordance with section 35(3)(a) of the Scotland Act 1998(2), this Order has been made during the period of four weeks beginning with the passing of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill(3).
