The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 35(1)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998(1).
1998 c.46: section 35(3) was amended by the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c.4), Schedule 9 paragraph 98 and the Scotland Act 2016 (c.11), section 11(14).
