5. In section 48(6) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1) (definition of “the Crown”), omit “, Health Education England”.

1988 c. 48. Section 48(6) was inserted by paragraph 3 of Schedule 8 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19). The definition of “the Crown” in subsection (6) was amended by paragraph 33 of Schedule 5 to the Care Act 2014; there are other amendments but none is relevant.
